Learning Coordinator buy in US, Free Classifieds Ads

The Learning Coordinator role will partner with the Learning Specialist to execute the L&D strategy through consultation and delivery of appropriate learning solutions aligned with the business needs of the Johnson Matthey Efficient Natural Resources sector. The role will support the development of content, delivery, administration and tracking of learning and development solutions for manufacturing, operations and engineering functional audiences.
A primary responsibility of this role will be managing the installation and ongoing administration of our learning and content management systems (LMS). The Learning Coordinator role is responsible for promoting and ensuring an excellent on-demand and technology supported learning journey. This position will work closely with the Learning Specialist to structure, organize, assign and maintain curricula, content libraries and learning pathways. The Learning Coordinator serves as the business point of contact for training communication, system navigation and technical issue related support. Through seamless execution, attention to details and result-orientation, the Learning Coordinator ensures a high visibility, ease of access, quality experience and up-take of training solutions which contributes to increased staff engagement and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate the administration and delivery of learning solutions across the business
Develop collaborative relationships with training team, business leaders and subject matter experts to plan and scope requirements for training.
Administer training needs analysis - assessing competency gaps and identifying learning and organizational performance needs
Design, develop and deliver SOP, EHS compliance and job skills training for manufacturing operations staff.
Develop and deliver OJT training the trainer sessions to support local SMEs providing training
Track, evaluation and report training completion and effectiveness metrics
Monitor, analyze, interpret and report internal trends and make recommendations for learning solutions as appropriate
Provides systems administrative support for the LMS
Setup system platform structure in alignment for our business needs
Develop curricula and manage content repositories
Curate, develop and deploy OnDemand, virtual and blended instructional session
Assign, monitor, track and report on the participation and completion of assigned learning content
Provides LMS system training, support, guidance to employees.
Troubleshoots and resolves issues, analyzes trends for future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience.
Fosters and maintains the relationship with the LMS Vendor collaborating with IT and business units on technical solutions to ensure we are capitalizing on the LMS functionality
Are you the ideal candidate?
Education and experience
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g. Industrial/Organizational Psychology) or equivalent experience
Relevant experience in coordinating complex events and activities, with appropriate planning and project management skills
Proficient in creating and implementing role base learning plans
Experience in delivery and facilitating training programs
Proficient in building and assigning and maintaining curricula and learning pathways within LMS
Experience developing and deploying e-learning solutions via LMS
Experience in the creation and management of interactive e-learning modules, surveys, knowledge checks and assessments
Expert knowledge of Windows Office basics (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
